Upon graduation from Michigan State University with a major in Building Construction Management, Bradley relocated to Arizona. Initially, he worked in the construction industry handling all facets of the business from on-site superintendent to general manager. Given the opportunity to join the mortgage industry in 1998, Bradley developed a passion for mortgages and started to learn all aspects of the business. Refining his skills as a loan processor and then a loan officer, Bradley has evolved into one of the best in the business. Residing in Paradise Valley with his wife Jill, they have 2 wonderful children Jordan and Abby. As an avid car enthusiast, Bradley founded and named the company accordingly. He is also the co-author of a monthly mortgage related article featured in a business and lifestyle magazine. Additionally he has been featured live on KTVK Channel 3, KPHO Channel 5, KFNN 1510 AM, KXAM 1310 and KZON 101.5 FM.
Zach Cates, Senior Loan Consultant
An Arizona native, Zach has seen many changes in the local market. Originally from Mesa, he joined the mortgage industry 4 years ago. His degree in Economics, from Oklahoma State University is a perfect foundation for the industry. Additionally, Zach is an accomplished baseball player. Having played professionally for 4 years with the St. Louis Cardinals and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Zach has an outstanding work ethic and works well with all types of clientele. Currently, Zach and wife Allison reside in Chandler, Arizona.
Kevin M. Rubin, M.B.A. Loan Consultant
Upon graduation from Michigan State University with a major in Law, Kevin relocated from West Bloomfield, Michigan to Scottsdale, Arizona where he pursued his graduate studies. Kevin obtained his Paralegal Certification and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance, Risk Management and Insurance. Over the past 10 years Kevin has been working in Arizona for a Fortune 500 company as a Finance/Risk Manager for Financial Institutions. Kevin has also established an Insurance Brokerage Firm over the past five years providing high-end insurance products and risk management services for commercial businesses. Trish Hicks, Processing Manager
Relocated from the Chicago area, Trish has lived in the Valley of the Sun for the past 20 years. Combining 7 years in the accounting industry and 13 years in the mortgage industry, Trish has achieved a sound and valued skill set. Trish lives in Scottsdale and has recently celebrated the birth of her first grandchild.
